W. L. GORE ePTFE sealing tape
GORE® sealing tape is among the best-sealing and most chemically resistant sealing products. GORE® gaskets have also proven themselves with users who must comply with environmental and safety requirements, or who work with aggressive or toxic substances.
GORE® gaskets are made of 100% expanded PTFE and are resistant to all media with a pH of 0–14, except molten or dissolved alkali metals and elemental fluorine at higher temperatures and pressures. The gaskets are heat-resistant from -269 to +230 °C and can therefore be used under extreme temperature conditions.

KLINGER KEMPCHEN TF1 PTFE tapes
Despite its high tensile strength, the seal remains soft and flexible and is ideal for smoothing out uneven areas of the sealing surface. The tape is stretched using a special technique that allows the material to retain its unique properties. Adhesive strips on one side make it easy to position the tape during installation. Using PTFE tape as a permanent replacement for flat gaskets, such as those specified by DIN 2690, is not recommended.
